Pork Belly
As the name suggests, tasty .this cut is taken from the underside of the belly and is economical and tasty.It has recently become popular as a starter or as braised main course.
Spare Ribs
Spare ribs are taken from the belly side of the rib cage. Spare ribs are flatter and contain more bone than meat. There is also quite a bit of fat which can make the ribs more tender than back ribs.
Cocktail Sausages
Made from an old traditional recipe packed in 10lb boxes with 27 sausages per Lb Superb on taste making the ideal party sausage.
Homemade Pork Sausages
This special range of delicious sausages are produced by the Mcarthy family of Kanturk Co.Cork using an old family recipe.They are low in fat and contain no artificial preservatives. There are a wide variety of flavours available.
Black Pudding
This Black Pudding is made using a traditional recipe and is perfect for breakfast or even as a starter or main course.
White Pudding
This White Pudding is made using a traditional recipe and along with Black Pudding is an integral part of the Full Irish breakfast.
Pork Sasuages
Made from an old style recipe with 8 or 16 sausages per pack. With a high meat content they make the ideal traditional Irish breakfast sausage.
Streaky Rashers
Streaky rashers come from the belly of a pig. There are quite fatty with long veins running parallel to the rind. They have excellent flavour and are perfect for BLTs etc.
