Who are Flesk Meats?

Joe Hickey Meats was founded in 1979 by Joe and Margaret Hickey in Killarney, County Kerry. In the early days it was the vision and innovation of Joe that sparked and drove the development of what was to become Flesk Meats & Food Service.

Flesk Meats & Food Service has grown to be be a key supplier of quality irish meats to catering establishments in Munster with a reputation for quality, personal touch and customer service.
