Veal Striploin
The veal striploin comes from a muscle that does little work, so offering great flavour and tenderness. It is usually used for steaks.

Veal Fillet
Cut from the middle of the animal, the fillet comes from a muscle that does very little work and is the tenderest and most prized of all veal cuts. Veal fillets are extremely lean with low levels of marbling or external fat and are popular with those who prefer a lean extra tender cut.
